Too bad if you have had enough....

Read today's post of Melly's, she has the right words and depicts what happens in a house of kids that grew up with Steve Irwin on the TV. It shows how much he "learned" ( in the famous word of my larrikan grandpa..God rest his soul.) our kids to love animals and each other. Despite the crazy ass things he may have done...at least it got attention!!! Aussies are good at getting attention through being larrikans. Plus, he did more good than crazy things and that is what counts.

Addit at 15:10hrs:::: NEWS just in, it better be another bloody joke or I am gunna go nuts.....SKY news says Peter Brock ran off the track in WA and has died. If so another legend has gone to heaven and kids all over the place will be upset...again. Andrew Denton will also be interviewed again I am sure because he is THE MAN who interviews everyone who is all that in Australia..and even celeb's who visit from International waters..I am sure he would even get an interview with Osama Bin Laden if he came to visit our shores.

15:20hrs, it has to be true, someone just text me the NEWS of Peter Brock aswell. It is another sad day for Australian's and thoughts go out to his family, friends and all admirers of a great man.

15:24...finaly confirmed by abc, but server too busy displayed when clicked on headliner.

Love him or hate him, he brought a lot of happiness to a lot of people. And sometimes that's enough.
He'll be missed.

Another tragedy! I'm sorry you're having such a bad week. I feel for your kids, too.

Steph, you are right on the money girl.
Keshi, ditto, love the enthusiasm there in his every move :)
Rebecca, King of the Mountain he was :)
Melly, couldn't agree more love.
Huggies, you got that right mate.
Betty, thanks for thinking of them, yes, they have to learn about life and death sometime. I think the most important think is to remember we need to fit as much as we can into the short time we have here in this life, coz you never know when your number is up.
