Fathers Day 2010

Today is Father's Day in Australia, just to let my friends abroad know they have not missed their Father's Day if in fact you do not celebrate it in September.
My loving husband took the kids in the Pathfinder to have a look at what our rececent deluge of rain has done to some of our favourite areas. Sailors Falls, you may recall from previous times, is pumping! It looks gorgeous with all that water going through it.
Trentham Falls is also pumping too. Look at that picture of the kids and their Dad... lovely :)

What a lovely photo Cazzie. Does it have a name? Your children are so growed up. Might the photo be called Making Mummy Feel Old?

Andrew, I was so pleased to wake up this afternoon and be greeted by these lovely pictures that Hubby took of their Father's Day adventures. Some nice lady took that pic of the lot of them. It was taken at Sailors Falls I believe. If you get off of the freeway to go to Dayelsford, and you blink while you pass it you would totaly miss it all together. It is about 15minutes down the road, towards Dayelsford, and to the left, There is a rest stop aka toilet, right there. When you get out of the car to go to the toilet, you hear the sound of the water falling. Walk a little way and you find the most amazing lot os stairs, descending to the base of the falls. Just lovely.
Making mummy feel old... you bet lol.

What a beautiful photo - and now having a clear photo of your husband and knowing what you look like - you can see the mixup in your lovely kids - they have bots of both of you - and if you had 10 more there weould be even more variations - its wonderful
