Play Dough..Play Doh?

The girls and I just made green play dough. It was the kind that you do not have to cook. Sarah and Mia read the instructions. Sarah measured out the dry ingrededients. Mia sifted it all so the dough would be lump free. I did the boiling water bit, and also the addition of the green food dye. We all know that too much of the food dye would make the play dough look a yukky green colour right? Mia wanted to add it, but I soon stole the moment :(
Now they are playing with it on the kitchen table.
The rules are: only play on the kitchen table, not anywhere else. (Carpets and green dough. NO)
Put it away in the sealed container when finished.
Only use the cookie cutters and other plastic cutleries provided..
And...have fun!
So they are :)

You have good kids. If that were at my house, Emily would have it spread far and wide by now.

LOL! Hence the reason I did away with the carpet! No fun in carpet! And next time mama! Let Mia make some gross green okay? Who cares how green it is as long as she made it herself!

Karisma, oh, now I reckon you are right..I feel bad that I never let her add the green :( Next time :)

BTW, they just stopped playing with it now from when we made it this morning..that is like...8 hrs ago!

Kids love making stuff - mine were fascinated when i showed them how simple it was to make butter - I think they thought it was magic till they got older
