OUCHIES!!

I did ride my exercise bike over the school vacation time. But, today when we rode our normal 10 kilometre riverside ride it HURT like all buggery!! The insides of my legs ached, we had to walk up stairs when we got back to my friend's place...and we both moaned..oh well, what can I say...I thought I was fit, and she thought she was fit, but..we aren't!
Back to the drawing board, we will pass the pain threshold...we will conquer all!!! Muahhhahahaha...Dracula laugh :)

Bike riding and stair climbing seem to use leg muscles that otherwise are never used. Doesn't seem to matter how far you walk every day or how fit you are, it will still hurt to ride a bike for a long or even short time. Keep at it Cazzie.

Mom, I agree.

Karisma, do you have some sort of secret web cam goin' on in my place? LOL, we use the word "pike" all the time!!! When I rign my friend before I go over for a ride she says "Arrr, you are gunna pike it today aren't ya?" LOL
I have only ever pikd it a few times, reason was I was WORKING! LOL

Galen, lol, well, we were going to take a shorter route, but they all involved high grade hills, so we just bit the bullet and rode the course we usually do..today was a better day :)

Andrew, thanks so much for the incentive, it is true, there are muscles we have that we don't know we have until we truly use them :)

I hate to admit this but I am 50 so whatEV but I went out and got one of those comfy BIG ASS seats for my bike..it changed my life.

Those nasty,old, sperm killer-scrotal squashing-hemmoroid helper-saddle horn-seats are for the birds!

Then again I don't try and go very far..if I did I would just go on steroids like all of the pros.

I remember that feeling, and yes hurts like buggery is the correct term from wherever on the globe you live. Been away for a while, life and all that, but I'm back now.

Wow... you're a heck of a lot fitter than me! I think I'm with Karisma - bowing out after 2km, or even less!! I was fit once, briefly...

Oh no, you are on to me! Now you just have to find it! He he!

Pike, bale, cave, these are just the aussie way, are they not?

Donn, don't go there mate! LOL, the bidgie smuggler seats DO hurt, especially going up gutters, lol. I am thinking of sewing up a lambs wool seat cover!!

Queenie, welcome back, I will visit you today :)

Stace, go explore Canberra on a bike, it has got to be such a fine clean place to discover :) Just wear your thermals I reckon :)

Karisma, there you go again, sounding JUST like me :)
