My weekend as a Mexican....

There's the coolest picture I have of me as a Mexican up in Sydney. Next to me is the lovely Chantelle. We had a blast of a time eating all things Mexican and drinking the famous Sangria Punch that Chantelle's flat mate Stefanie made up. There were about 30 people or so at the party and we all partied until 5a.m. I bet the likes of Taxi Club and Arq were down on revenue last Saturday night because everyone was at Chani's party!!!

We went to the lovely Darling Harbour and spent lunch time on the Saturday at a Yum Cha Restaurant (I only ate steamed foods there). Spent some cash at Paddy's Market which is a great place to go. The sun was shining all weekend for us. I cannot wait until the next trip up to Sydney, I always feel so relaxed there, never feel like a tourist any more.

Melly,I will publish that picture if my friend gives me permission, the one pic I have of the cactus is one with my friend Stef attatched to it, LOL!!!
Mark, I am great ty and if permitted, I will publish a pic of the sombrero, it was not used to adorn one's head in this case, as much as it was used to adorn the gorgeous Piniata that my friend Chani had a "bash" at :)
Thanks Ace, I did have a great time, very relaxing amongst friends :)

Big Mama, you are right love, the Mexican food was, "To die for" in the famous words of our gorgeous Stefanie :)
Steph, yes it was, the weather was lovely and the nights were not as cold as they have been here in Melbourne...c'mon Summer is all I have gotta say :)

Hi Cazzie,
After the weekend I had, you are banned from leaving the house ever again.
No, seriously, it was a balst getting back into the parenting thing, it showed how much I am really missing it.
Having to get up at 4 im the morning, to wake up a kid who has fallen asleep on the toilet, is something I have missed.
At least it wasn't like my eldest who one night got up and went to the toilet in the fridge. I think I would have had some explaining to do to you then.

Cheers HMHB..I sure did have a blast mate :)

Rebecca, I am glad it gave you a chance to connect with little ones in that loving way again, not that you ever lost the love in the first place.
My pop went to the loo in the wardrobe once, he was pissed after being a Grand Poo Bar at the Freemason's Lodge...my nan was so mad at him :)

Cazzie: responding to your question on my blog! Shisha is what the locals here call 'hubbly bubbly' pipes or hookah pipes and is their preferred aparatus for smoking tobacco. The tobacco is flavoured (grape, apples, rose etc) and I secretly quite like it!
