Stripping her bare...

The first part of the process is underway..stripping the rails and seats from inside the bus. Angdrew has been doing other things too. We are going to put a whole new face on the bus..bigger front windscreen(or head piece) and more updated look too.
Our front fence has to come down to make way for the bus to come in off the Avenue and park it on the cement we put down in the yard. Andrew will then make a big gate, or two, at the front so we can get her in and out to the workshop and other places.
The kids are as excited as us about it all. Everyday something is being done to it.
In other news I have a great stuffing flu like sore throat and all...nope, am not out for sympathy, everyone knows that mum's do not go for sympathy, they battle on like the soldiers they are to get things done on time :)

Thanks Lucy, it is fun...we are doing more stripping of the inside of the bus now so we can make it a home inside.
Hi Jay, yeah, do not let looks deceive you, my girls can be right little angels..when they want to be :) That is Mia and Sarah.

Hi Cazzie,
I have no comment to make about the bus, I just thought it had been a while since someone said the word BOOBIES in your comments section.

I think the guy who likes Boobies is still waiting at the Bus Stop.

Maybe a "Hooters" inspired paintjob would do wonders in the boobies department.

Hope you're feeling better soon sweetie.

Hey cool Mr Huggies, be sure to pick you up then :)
Yeah Lantern, I am sure that a "Hooters" pick would just look great on the rear of the bus...give other drivers something more than scenery to look at :)
Thanks Steph, I am sure I will be ok, someone came over and cooked us a lovely meal for tea tonight so I am very very thankful..a regular MArtha Stewart she is :)

ohhhhhhhhhh.. when girls are little they love to play nurse. DO NOT WASTE THIS IT DISAPPEARS QUICKLY. Mia and Sarah must be told... Mummy is sick and needs her little nurses to look after her. At least being sick then is fun. And take photos of them playing nurse... I forgot too! They will bring you water and the most diluted tea you ever saw... and snail pellets in a misguided attempt at pharmaceuticals, and feel your forehead and more usefully remove all the used tissues. (The dogs will probably chew these all up and distribute where your mother in law can see) but you get to lay in bed and tell them how miserable you are... and they care.

Right I am feeling most envious now.

Hey Melly..do you have spy cam here at my house or what??? Mia brought to me a slug and a black millipede for something to talk to and something to look at as I lay there helpless on the couch yesterday :( I kept on getting dizzy so she kept on getting me the water(from the bathroom in her toothbrush cup that still had sparkle toothpaste in it too).
I think Sarah may be a nurse, and Mia will just be destructor of all man kind..she is lovely, but BOY does she have balls sometimes :)

When I saw the title of this post, I thought surely it was the promised pictures of Rebecca in various stages of her hockey uniform. Sadly, it's not.

Still, as headlights go, the bus's aren't all that bad.
