School vacation time has hit our household. I am so happy, really I am. So many parents lament about this time, not I. Spending time with the kids, spending time out doors with all their friends, awesome! We plan on catching up with my cousin and her kiddies.
Nick wants to go see the Tim Burton Exhibition. So we will catch the train into town to see that. Nick began his acoustic guitar lessons this week. He has taken to it like a duck to water. It sounds so pleasant in our house with him practicing. Also, Nick's interim school report was excellent... he is at year 7 level in some subjects.. Numeracy and Literacy, he is actualy in Graade 5!
The three little ones finished their Wannik Program at school. A lovely lady came to teach our children about Aboriginal culture. My three signed a thankyou card and gave it to their teacher. Reportedly, she was overwhelmed by it.
Get ready to see pictures of our activities these next few weeks. Every day will bring us joy!

Holiday plans sound great!
Clever boy you have you must be so proud of him. And I used to love hearing the kids practise playing their instruments, I miss that.
Have a wonderful school holiday.

You must be an amazing mother if you even like to listen to a child learning to play an instrument!! I always encouraged mine (violin, drums, clarinet) but usually managed to be out of the house when they practiced !!
