Dear (Cazzie),
Thank you for taking the time to contact us at Woolworths.
On behalf of Woolworths I would like to sincerely apologise for the missing olives in your Greek Salad. For a product such as this, it is a complete disappointment to be provided with such feedback. Your feedback is treated as a priority by us and I will be working closely with our supplier of this product to ensure that further such instances do not occur in the future. Thank you for taking the time to inform us of this incident. I certainly hope that this does not happen to you again.
I have posted a Wish Gift Card to you in the mail in order to compensate you for your trouble.
Lovely :)
Well that is much nicer than the reply I got from Coles when I complained (when they started pre-packing meat in plastic boxes) that the meat was smelling not so fresh. The basic reply was tough luck! Mine was see ya later then!
ReplyDeleteGood, at least they've acknowledged there was a problem and sent you something for it :)
ReplyDeleteAn apology acknowledging their mistake makes feel good about shopping there again.
ReplyDeleteIt was worth your while complaining. Hope the card has a decent balance on it.
ReplyDeleteMany years ago, we had Woolworth's stores in the United States. Is your Woolworth's the same company?
ReplyDeleteI'll look forward to your blog entry after you receive the "Wish Gift Card". I hope it's for a goodly amount but at least they took the time to reply and that's always good marketing.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter complained about her favourite drink Passion Pop when she was 18 - they sent her a box of the stuff!!!It cost $3.50 a bottle in those days and teenage girls loved it.
ReplyDeleteCazzilicious!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Baby......G
