Eva Mendes

I do not know much about this model, or her gorgeous guy model in this picture, but what I do know is she is NOT too skinny as the TV is crapping on about this morning. She looks lovely and toned and natural. I wish they would think about what they say before they say it out there. The repercussions on young guys and girls to try and "fit in". Stoopid them..whoever they are.
It starts with healthy eating, eating something naughty and special to you every now and then and some exercise at least three times a week or more if you prefer. And..exercise how you want to.. even if it is gardening, walking the dog or riding a bike or going to the gym.
At work the other night I had a patient say to me that I was a "big girl". It hurt, because she does not know me, she does not know my life or my history and the fact that I am fitter now than I was even two years ago..or one year ago. Indeed, I am fitter than someone who is thinner yet who does not exercise. What to say? I know I am happy..some people just cannot handle a jolly soul like me I guess.

What a rude patient and I guess that explains why the silly woman is all alone in the world, Cazzie?
I used to reply to such comments - "Well, you'd rather have me helping you transfer into a chair than a tiny slip of a girl who couldn't even catch a cold".

One time a patient told me I was fat. I said, "True, but you're old and mean."

Step father's daughter had to apolgize to hospitalstaff when he was dying. He said some nasty and rude things at times. They said it was ok and that they did not take it personally. I may be out of order Cazzie, but don't you get personal insults often? Doesn't make it right of course.
