The long weekend came and went so fast it is amazing! I worked some of it but the days I had off were lovely and warm..a little humidity in the air as well. The kids and I spend part of each day at the park with Bondi. I rode my bike. Tomas is starting to get so tall. He delivers great shots into the basketball ring at the local park now too. Nicholas created some great Bionicles. I washed his nice green hooded windcheater after he had a blood nose and he forgot to take out some of his collector Yugi-Oh cards..Gah..it went all through the washing :(
Sarah coloured in some great designs and Mia collected bugs, as usual! I can't wait until the next school holidays already!

Bionicles....Yugi-Oh...there is a lot to google there.
Hey! How come you got a long weekend? We didn't! hehe! While you were collecting bugs, we have been making them from all sorts of stuff! Zak is busy making a buggy poster this week.
I get the Bionicles and the Yugi Oh!
You have nice names for your kids btw.
Oh... I once washed William's entire Yugi-O or Pokemon or something card thing in the front pocket of his school bag. I don't think he has really forgiven me yet. And he has his first job now!
Great short post for what sounded like a great long weekend for you all! Yay!
Oh that stinks about the cards. That's a horrible thing to discover.
I have to laugh at Mia collecting bugs...it's something my husband likes to do, he's just a big kid!
Sorry Andrew, I was preswd for time with this one and I ought to have hyperlinked the two for anyone unfamiliar. They are just like my era of the 70's where I'd have to hyeprlink Hollie Hobbie (including swap cards with her on it) and perhaps..later on, The Smurfs.
Karisma, Bugs, I am OVER bugs, haha, we just went to teh Museum today and seen all the spiders of the World!
Foxy, thankyou..Tomas named Mia..he put my name in the middle so we are all covered :)
Melly, yikers! No way! His first job? I am serriously gunna cry now.
Mal, thanks mate, hope you are feeling better already.
Slice, I have to admit I also love bugs and Mia is just a Mini Me! I used to be out there mid Winter with my camphor block around my neck and mud up to my eyeballs digging around for tad poles and all things creepy crawly!
Sounds so good to me...you always have such fun
