Sniffles..

I have a new best friend now, it is Peppermint tea with a little honey in it. Sip it slowly, and sip it all day, it seems to be the best thing for this cold/virus my children have shared with me.
The other thing that helped was this blend of oils a lady from LeReve made up for me and for my Sarah for our chests and feet to be pampered with. A cold and flu blend of oils which smell Divine, once your nose clears of the congestion that is. Sarah's dry cough also dissipated with the application of the oils.
I'll be around checking blogs this week, and hopefully the course of this lurgy will be outrun by the weeks ending.

I love and hate peppermint tea. I don't know why. I love chamomile and honey tea. MMMMMMM

I'm going to have to keep that in mind for my next case of the sniffles. Hope you're feeling better very soon.

I hope you feel better. And yes, peppermint tea is really good. If you really want your sinuses to open up, go and buy some cinnamin sticks, put them in a small pot of water, lette them simmer for a while and then and some sugar. It's absouletly wonderful.

Cant say that Im a fan of peppermint tea, but I do love herbal teas and honey is wonderful in any of them! I would drink it if I had an upset tummy, however I prefer my peppermint in lolly form!

Thanks for voting for DB's little friend! Much appreciated. Hugs xxxx
